Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate shipping manifests and labels for warehouse operations.
  • Ensure all incoming freight is properly labeled and documented for seamless integration into the warehouse system.
  • Assign drivers for both incoming and outgoing shipments in coordination with airline schedules.
  • Oversee the allocation of drivers for exports and imports, ensuring timely cut-off times to avoid any storage fees on freight.
  • Manage communication through emails and phone interactions.
  • Assist drivers with any challenges encountered at airline facilities.
  • Collaborate with import and export departments to streamline operations.
  • Ensure all documentation and labels are accurately processed and signed off by the relevant departments upon freight offloading.
  • Maintain up-to-date records for all imports and exports in the system.
  • Collect and return necessary equipment from airlines for export purposes.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with airline representatives regarding any issues faced by drivers during import and export processes.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in import and warehousing operations.
  • Proficient computer skills.
  • Ability to perform manual handling tasks.
  • Strong team player within a performance-oriented environment.
