Warehouse Supervisor

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Warehouse Chargehand to lead a team of warehouse operatives in our busy ambient and freezer warehouse based in Newton Abbot.
The Role- Lead a team of warehouse operatives to ensure efficient and effective warehouse operations
- Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
- Supervise and coordinate warehouse activities to meet productivity and quality standards
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
- Provide guidance and support to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Proven experience in a warehouse or supervisory role
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
£27,564.00 + bonuses Average 45 hours per week Monday to Friday
