B2B Marketing Manager Opportunity

You will be the Business-to-Business (B2B) Marketing Manager within the London branch of Royal Bank of Canada, responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to attract new B2B customers and deepen existing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement the overall B2B marketing strategy aligned with the company's business goals and objectives.
  • Assist in the building of the 1- and 3-year marketing plans to align with the company's strategic goals.
  • Collaborate with marketing equivalents at partner firms to develop joint marketing strategies.
  • Execute and optimize B2B marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, content marketing, email marketing, social media, and events.
  • Work closely with investment and banking product teams to understand new products and services available to the audience.
  • Develop compelling content, implement lead capture mechanisms, and utilize marketing automation tools to execute lead generation strategies.
  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, customer behaviors, and pain points.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with the sales process and ensure a seamless transition of leads from marketing to sales.
  • Manage the B2B marketing budget and ensure KPIs and metrics are tracked to ascertain the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
Requirements:
  • Robust marketing experience in a B2B or wholesale environment with a keen understanding of strategy and campaigns within wealth management or financial services business.
  • Background in investments, wholesale asset management, legal firms, or banking services to understand B2B offerings and networks within wealth management.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to work independently and manage your own workload to meet deadlines.
  • High standard of written and spoken English with good numerical skills.
  • Self-sufficient and able to work on own initiative.
  • Budget management.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, taking pride in high-quality output.
  • Able to multi-task when needed and respond to revised priority setting.
  • Able to take initiative and suggest solutions.
  • Collaborative work style with internal and external teams.
