Key Responsibilities:

We are in search of a Operations Leader to join our team as we develop advanced technology solutions. This is your chance to be part of a group committed to delivering exceptional service to our clients.

In this position, you will manage the planning, coordination, and execution of operational workflows. You will oversee resources, ensure efficiency, and strive to achieve production objectives while upholding quality standards.

  • Provide strong leadership and direction to ensure the overall success of the team.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture to encourage innovation.
  • In a managerial capacity, clarify brief details to ensure accurate execution.
  • Support the growth and development of individual team members.
  • Ensure timely and accurate communication to maintain transparency and alignment within the team.
  • Allocate approximately 60% of effort to data mapping and personalization in email campaigns, optimizing targeting and engagement strategies.
  • Dedicate 40% of effort to the strategic development of email templates and content creation within Salesforce, ensuring compelling and impactful communications.

Required Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a similar capacity is essential.
  • Proven ability to effectively oversee team activities and enhance performance.
  • The ideal candidate will possess technical skills, preferably with a background in development.
  • Demonstrated capability to manage stakeholders effectively and exhibit triage skills.
  • Proficiency in data and audio segmentation, particularly utilizing Salesforce Data Cloud.
  • Strategic focus on the significance of data, audio segmentation, and Salesforce Data Cloud in directing team activities.
  • Skill in monitoring team capacity and resource allocation for optimal efficiency.
  • Ability to assume a managerial role for a team handling high-scale complexity, ensuring effective leadership in challenging scenarios.

Compensation:

Salary ranges vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to skill sets, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographical market. The pay range for this position reflects geographic-based ranges for London in the UK: £120,600 to £146,300 annually. It's important to note that the salary/wage and job title for this opening will be determined based on the selected candidate's qualifications and experience and may extend beyond this range.

Work Arrangement: Hybrid role with a combination of in-office and remote work.
