About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Claims Consultant to join our client's well-established team at SelectStaff Recruitment. As a Claims Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality service to customers in all aspects of the claims process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service in all aspects of claims processing.
- Provide professional and friendly telephone-based assessments and authorization of claims.
- Provide written confirmation of claims assessments and decisions.
- Handle invoice payment queries and resolve any issues efficiently.
- Perform general office duties as required.
Requirements:
- Two years' experience in customer service and claims handling.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Professional telephone manner.
- Customer-centric approach.
- Self-motivated and results-driven.
