Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the operations of a newly established children's residential facility
- Oversee the registration process with OFSTED for the home
- Engage with relevant authorities to facilitate the launch of the service
- Ensure tailored support for each resident
- Maintain adherence to OFSTED regulations and standards
- Recruit, train, and supervise a dedicated team of staff
- Delegate responsibilities to the deputy manager to ensure effective leadership
- Manage referrals, oversee budgetary considerations, and address safeguarding matters
Qualifications:
- NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management
- NVQ Level 3 in Working with Children and Young People
- Demonstrated experience in a managerial capacity
- Possession of a valid driver's license
