Role Overview
The EdEx Education Recruitment team is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated SEMH Teaching Assistant - Unqualified to join our client's Primary School in the Borough of Waltham Forest.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the class teacher in delivering high-quality education to students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
- Assist with lesson planning, preparation, and implementation to ensure a smooth and engaging learning environment.
- Provide individualized support to students, promoting their social, emotional, and academic development.
- Collaborate with the teaching team to develop and implement strategies to meet the needs of students with SEMH needs.
- Contribute to the creation of a positive and inclusive school culture.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A strong understanding of SEMH needs and the ability to provide tailored support.
