Role Overview

Due to significant growth in our Defence sector, we are seeking talented individuals to join our team and contribute to a range of high-profile building projects. These roles will involve collaboration with both internal teams and client organizations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the technical aspects of small projects or components within larger projects, ensuring adherence to financial, quality, and time constraints while exceeding client expectations.
  • Collaborate effectively with other design disciplines to ensure seamless integration of overall designs and solutions. Participate in the development of technical proposals and present technical solutions to clients.
  • Lead reviews of project deliverables on behalf of the mechanical engineering discipline, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
  • Manage project teams of up to 5 individuals, effectively allocating work, optimizing resource utilization, and resolving any issues that arise.
Qualifications & Experience:

We are looking for passionate individuals who share our commitment to improving quality of life. You will bring:

  • A BSc/BEng or MSc/MEng in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Chartered Engineer (CEng) status.
  • Proven experience working in a consultancy environment, with a focus on mechanical building services expertise.
  • Previous experience in the Nuclear or Defence sectors is highly desirable.
  • Existing BPSS clearance or the ability to obtain BPSS security clearance is essential.
