As a Class 2 Driver with LWC Drinks, you will be responsible for delivering products to customers in a safe and friendly manner. You will also be responsible for the care and upkeep of your designated vehicle.

Main Duties
  1. Prepare the vehicle by conducting operator maintenance and ensuring all products for a delivery are correct and loaded onto the vehicle safely.
  2. Complete delivery notes, return sheets, and collect payments.
  3. Execute special requests from customers by picking up and delivering items as directed on the delivery note.
  4. Maintain customer confidence by keeping information strictly confidential regarding premise security and operational information.
  5. Check run sheets, picked orders for deliveries, and routing.
  6. Plan your route and requirements for the drop by studying the schedule and any requests by the customer.
  7. Make customers aware of any stock shortages or problems with their delivery.
  8. Return all empty cases and gas bottles and ensure they are correctly stored in the empties yard and unloaded in the correct manner.
  9. Ensure correct health and safety procedures are adhered to.
  10. Complete all required checks and ensure check sheets are passed to the distribution manager.
  11. Assist in the warehouse when required.
  12. Present yourself in the correct LWC Drinks uniform at all times.
Requirements
  • Good safety practices and driving habits.
  • Correct driving license required for the vehicle.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills.
