Job Title: Desktop Support Engineer

At Jet2, we're looking for a skilled Desktop Support Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you'll play a vital role in providing technical support to our technology-enabled workforce.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Take ownership of incidents and service requests raised by our user community, using your expertise to quickly and effectively resolve issues.
  • Liaise with other technical resolver teams and escalate ongoing issues professionally.
  • Share knowledge of technical fixes with colleagues and other teams.
Requirements:
  • Experience in resolving issues on various devices, with a good working knowledge of Windows, Active Directory, Office 365, VPN, networking, and incident management.
  • Effective triage, workload, and time management skills, with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.
  • Strong people skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Previous experience in publishing knowledge articles, with a preference for experience using Servicenow.
