We are currently recruiting for a Demi Chef de Partie to join the team of 18 Chefs at C&E Recruitment, creating award-winning dishes across a range of fresh menu choices. As Demi Chef de Partie, you will support the CDPs in ensuring food quality is consistent and always to standard.

The Role

As a Demi Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the CDPs in maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation
  • Assisting in the preparation and cooking of dishes to meet the demands of a busy kitchen
  • Contributing to the development of new menu ideas and dishes
  • Working collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service delivery
