Job Title: Aerospace Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Aerospace Project Manager to join our team at McCann Manchester Limited. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, production, and account management.
  • Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, escalating issues as necessary.
  • Ensure quality assurance, testing, and review of outputted deliverables.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members, providing regular updates and progress reports.
  • Work closely with the Project Director, Creative Services Director, ECD, and Studio Manager to ensure project success.
  • Schedule and attend creative review meetings, facilitating attendance of key stakeholders and ensuring clear deliverables.
  • Collaborate with other Project Managers to ensure awareness of live projects and plan prioritization.
  • Attend weekly financial meetings with the financial controller/account team to review financial status on live projects.
  • Provide a calming and motivating influence to the team, promoting a culture of collaboration and open communication.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on quality assurance and project risk management.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, building strong relationships and promoting a culture of open communication.
