Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at LMR Resourcing. As an Aerospace Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading complex projects from early phases through installation, commissioning, and handover.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage all engineering, construction, and commissioning activities to ensure projects are delivered on schedule, on budget, and in full technical compliance.
  2. Act as the key interface with contractors to drive project execution and contract strategy.
  3. Oversee the management of contracts, including the FEED Contract, to ensure they are executed in accordance with the terms of the contract.
  4. Manage and negotiate changes to contracts and projects.
  5. Drive the project schedule to ensure on-time delivery and report progress.
  6. Manage costs to ensure budget delivery and produce budget costs and cash flow projections for projects.
  7. Plan, schedule, and steward progress on engineering projects.
  8. Ensure that issues relating to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) are effectively managed, in line with our policies and procedures.
Requirements
  1. Must be degree qualified in a relevant engineering discipline, with chartered status desired but not essential.
  2. Previous experience in the Oil & Gas or Renewable Energy industries is required.
  3. Must have power plant build, refurb, commissioning, and re-commissioning experience.
  4. Must be a pro-active, independent self-starter.
