About the Role:

KPI Recruiting is seeking a highly skilled Housing Scheduler/Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth delivery of our accommodation services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process accommodation requests within contractual performance metrics timeframes
  • Manage property demand and capacity to achieve business targets
  • Coordinate with authorities to oversee the service user journey
  • Ensure timely responses to authority requests within contractual performance metrics timeframes
  • Work with property negotiators to understand property availability in designated areas
  • Collaborate with field, maintenance, and transport teams to meet internal service level agreements and contractual performance metrics

The Ideal Candidate Will:

  • Be willing to complete a background check process
  • Have excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management systems
  • Possess outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Effectively manage and organize their workload while being a team player
  • Show initiative and willingness to learn
  • Be capable of multitasking

What's On Offer:

  • Salary of £24,500
  • Hours are Monday – Friday, 8-4pm/9-5pm
  • Hybrid working: 2 days per week after the probation period
  • Full-time, permanent position
