We are seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as a Greggs Team Leader at Asda Express. As a key member of our bakery team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store, promoting sales, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the bakery in the absence of the Manager
  • Lead and motivate a team to achieve sales and profitability targets
  • Ensure store cleanliness and food preparation standards are maintained
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints
  • Participate in food preparation and serving customers
