This role is pivotal in delivering exceptional customer service for Housing Management inquiries. The position encompasses various communication channels including in-person interactions, phone calls, emails, and digital platforms. The focus is on guiding clients through housing tenancy and income-related services while ensuring compliance with statutory frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial assessments of customer needs and determine appropriate actions. Collaborate with senior team members for additional support when necessary.
- Evaluate customer inquiries, identify their requirements, and provide suitable solutions, advice, and referrals.
- Exhibit empathy and patience in all customer interactions, demonstrating emotional intelligence and resilience in challenging scenarios.
Required Experience:
- Proven experience in operational roles, delivering customer-centric services across multiple channels.
- Ability to manage tight deadlines, prioritize tasks effectively, and adapt to changing circumstances.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualifications, including Mathematics and English at C/4 level or higher, with clear evidence of numeracy and literacy skills.
Additional Information:
