Client Relations Assistant

Our client is seeking an ACCA-qualified accountant to join their thriving practice as a Client Advisor where, joining a team of 20, you will be looking after clients' accounts.

This is a full-time, hybrid role working 37.5 hours per week, but our client is flexible around this.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of clients and specialist assignments, collating all information to meet client needs, compliance, and budget
  • Report back to partner level to justify any additional fees
  • Assist the Tax and VAT department
  • Build and maintain consultative client relationships and expand the business portfolio
  • Support the training and development of staff within the team
Requirements
  • ACCA qualified
  • Proficiency in relevant accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks)
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Experience managing a portfolio of clients
  • Must have practice experience
