National Care Group is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Service Manager to join our team. As a Service Manager, you will play a critical role in promoting and ensuring the implementation of our company's vision of person-centered support, while maintaining the independence and dignity of the individuals we support.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and delivery of training programs for staff.
- Lead the team in promoting the well-being, safety, and quality of life for each individual.
- Monitor and assist in the effective delivery of group and individual activities within homes, addressing agreed goals and progress measures.
- Participate in on-call duties and ensure effective liaison with external parties.
- Work in accordance with company values, policies, and procedures, as well as legislation and national minimum standards.
- Meet agreed individual annual objectives.
Requirements
- Minimum of a Level 3 NVQ/QCF in Health and Social Care or working towards this qualification.
- Experience in leading, supervising, and motivating a team.
- Experience in supporting adults with Learning Disabilities and Autism.
- Experience in multisite management.
