Bodyshop Manager

We are seeking an experienced Bodyshop Manager to lead our team at Pybus Recruitment. As a Bodyshop Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of the Bodyshop, coordinating workflow to maximize efficiency and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:- Direct the Bodyshop Team: Lead a team of skilled technicians and support staff to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business objectives.
- Foster a Culture of Excellence: Maintain top-tier quality control, ensuring that all repairs meet the highest standards.
- Engage with Customers: Provide exceptional service, building lasting relationships with customers and driving customer satisfaction.
- Manage Budgets and Costs: Control costs, drive profitability, and ensure that the Bodyshop operates within budget.
- Recruit, Train, and Develop Staff: Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of Bodyshop staff to build a high-performing team.
- Ensure Compliance: Maintain a safe work environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Proven Experience: Proven experience in a Bodyshop management role, with a track record of success.
- Leadership and People Management: Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Organizational and Communication Skills: Excellent organizational and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Industry Knowledge: A thorough understanding of Bodyshop processes, including estimating and insurance company procedures.
- Commitment to Professional Development: A commitment to ongoing professional development and staying abreast of industry advancements.
- Leadership and Team Management: Proven experience in an Assistant Bodyshop Manager / Bodyshop Manager role, with exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Organizational and Scheduling Abilities: Strong organizational and scheduling abilities, with the ability to motivate and push team members to achieve exceptional results.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
