* A thorough understanding of Bodyshop processes, including estimating and insurance company procedures.
* A commitment to ongoing professional development and staying abreast of industry advancements.
* A relevant qualification in automotive body repair or equivalent is highly desirable.

* Proven experience in an Assistant Bodyshop Manager / Bodyshop Manager role.
* Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
* Strong organisational and scheduling abilities.
