Position Overview: Our client, a prominent entity in the music management sector, is in search of a friendly and proactive Office Administrator. This individual will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive support to a small team within their office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate business travel arrangements for the Director, including detailed itinerary management.
- Manage courier and taxi bookings for the Director, team members, and occasionally for clients.
- Maintain an organized and efficient office atmosphere.
- Ensure that office supplies and stationery are adequately stocked.
- Oversee general office maintenance, liaising with cleaning staff, property management, and repair services.
- Assist with HR functions, including the onboarding of new hires and managing leave requests.
- Address Health and Safety matters within the office and manage insurance requirements.
- Provide general administrative support to the broader team as necessary.
Qualifications: The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational and logistical skills, proficiency in Apple devices and software, as well as Microsoft Office applications.
