What They Do:

This organisation specialises in supporting adults with complex needs, including Autism, Learning Disabilities, and Mental Health conditions. Their aim is to create a nurturing environment where individuals feel empowered to reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee staff to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained.
  • Create and review person-centred care plans, liaising with families and other professionals.
  • Lead, motivate, and guide Support Workers to maintain high care standards.

Requirements:

As a Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in supporting their teams to deliver exceptional care. You will collaborate closely with the Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the team.

What You'll Be Doing:

As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the care team, ensuring that care plans are tailored to each individual's needs, and fostering a positive environment for all involved.
