Exciting Opportunity for a Registered Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Manager to join our team at Additional Resources. As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing a four-bedroom residential home for individuals with learning disabilities, ensuring a safe and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maximise the life chances of the children in care
  • Uphold safeguarding commitments and report concerns promptly
  • Implement recommendations from Ofsted inspections and Regulation
  • Prepare and submit reports on your home to the Group Operations Director
  • Lead recruitment processes for the establishment in collaboration with the Business Support team

Requirements:

  • Previously worked as a Registered Manager or in a similar role
  • At least 2 years' experience in a children's residential setting and 1 year in management
  • Background in managing multiple residential homes
  • CQSW / DipSW or Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or working towards it)
  • A valid, clean UK driving licence
  • An enhanced DBS certificate
