Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front of House Team Leader to join our team at one of the UK's largest Facilities Management companies. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing the front of house team, ensuring exceptional customer service is always delivered.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate the creation of initiatives to promote and enhance the workplace experience onsite.
  • Oversee all events activities on site, ensuring a seamless end-to-end delivery.
  • Manage and oversee all meeting and room bookings onsite, ensuring a seamless experience for colleagues onsite.
  • Liaise with other aspects of the FM Service delivery to further enhance the workplace experience onsite.
  • Support the Facilities Manager and Assistant Facilities Manager in driving consistency and standards across the site.
Requirements
  • Previous experience of Building Services in a Corporate or hospitality environment.
  • Previous supervisory or management experience is a must.
  • Previous experience in organising, managing events and large meetings.
  • Computer literate in MS Office Applications.
What We Offer

This is a temp to perm position, paying £24 per hour PAYE or £30 per hour umbrella. If you have the skills and experience required for this role, please apply immediately.
