Restaurant Operations Manager

Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Select Appointments. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service and a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of up to 8 Front of House Staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service standards.
  • Oversee the smooth operation of the restaurant, including table management, reservations, and customer flow.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Work closely with the General Manager to achieve business objectives and targets.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-volume restaurant environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and best practices.
