We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Lettings Coordinator to join our team at GKR International. As a key member of our lettings team, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our busy office in Kensington.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional administrative support to our lettings team, including preparing tenancy agreements and ensuring properties comply with relevant regulations.
- Manage property listings on popular platforms, create marketing materials, and track expenses.
- Perform Right to Rent and AML checks, register tenancy deposits, and coordinate property photography and floor plans.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to landlords, tenants, and contractors, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in property administration, ideally within lettings or office coordination.
