The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Marketing Executive to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping our marketing strategy and enhancing our brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Regional Marketing Strategy Development: Collaborate with our Head of EMEA Marketing to develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy for the designated region, ensuring alignment with global objectives and market trends.
  • Independent Distributor Collaboration: Build and manage strong relationships with independent distributors in the EMEA region, fostering a culture of mutual growth and success.
  • Marketing Communications: Manage the creation of compelling content for various marketing channels, including digital, print, and social media, ensuring consistent messaging and branding across all communication channels.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Develop and manage the marketing value of sponsorship/strategic partnership agreements, driving business growth and revenue.
  • Exhibition and Event Management: Develop a local plan for exhibitions and industry events in alignment with our global events strategy, measuring the impact and effectiveness of educational programs and events using key performance indicators.
  • Public Relations and Social Media: Create PR and social media content that resonates with our local target audience, reflecting the unique cultural and market nuances of the countries we operate in.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in marketing within the professional audio, music, theatre, or cultural arts industries.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (master's degree preferred) or professional qualification (CIM Dip).
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a global and cross-functional team environment.
