We are seeking a highly skilled Dialler Operations Manager to join our team at Vitality Corporate Services Limited. As a key member of our Dialler Operations team, you will be responsible for leading and optimizing dialler operations across relevant areas of control.
Key Responsibilities:- Design, create, and manage the implementation of dialler strategy based on customer behaviors, dialler performance, and conversion rates.
- Monitor dialler performance against agreed targets and proactively alter strategy in real-time to improve performance or respond to events.
- Analyze data performance to help shape future strategies.
- Work alongside operational teams to build an outbound strategy of increasing performance.
- Drive increase sales, retention, and conversion levels productively through dialler system and associated tools and software.
- Proactively manage outbound campaigns and their throughput to inbound conversion or retention.
- Strong mathematical, analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- MS Office Suite.
- Ideal 2 years experience in data management/analysis.
- Outbound dialler systems expertise.
- SQL expertise.
