Your Role:- Ensure seamless event setup prior to guest arrival, coordinating with various teams to create an inviting and functional space.
- Lead pre-match briefings, effectively communicating operational plans and expectations to the team.
- Provide comprehensive staff briefings, emphasizing the importance of uniform standards, service excellence, and adherence to company protocols.
- Collaborate closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely food preparation and delivery, adhering to specified timings and menus.
- Possess a thorough understanding of food and beverage packages, menus, and allergen information to provide accurate and informed service.
- Supervise bar and food staff, promoting attentive customer service and efficient operations to minimize wait times.
