Position Overview
DAS UK Group is seeking a dedicated Claims Specialist to enhance our dynamic team. Our claims division plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional legal expenses insurance services, and we are eager to welcome individuals who are committed to providing outstanding support to our clients. Our work environment is modern and inviting, and we embrace flexible working arrangements, allowing many of our team members to work remotely part of the week. We provide a comprehensive benefits package, and our standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, with no evening or weekend shifts. We are also open to discussing alternative working hour arrangements to better suit your needs.
In this role, you will leverage your strong customer service abilities to handle a variety of claims. The position involves both verbal and written communication with clients, as well as collaboration with solicitors and business partners. We are committed to offering thorough training and ongoing support, fostering your development through our structured career progression pathways. Key Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse portfolio of claims, prioritizing exceptional customer service.
- Guide clients through the claims process, from initial contact to evidence assessment and decision-making, demonstrating empathy and understanding.
- Deliver clear, accurate, and concise information to clients, business partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Rapidly acquire in-depth knowledge of DAS products and policies to effectively assess claims and coordinate with litigators and solicitors as needed.
