Lead CRM Training Manager

Oriflame is seeking a seasoned CRM Training Manager to spearhead the global rollout of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and drive training initiatives across international markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive training programs for SFMC, ensuring seamless adoption and proficiency among global and local CRM teams.
  • Collaborate with the global CRM Manager to analyze campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and inform strategic decisions.
  • Design and deliver expert-level training sessions on SFMC, focusing on journey building, campaign optimization, and contact methodologies.
  • Support the technical and global CRM team in planning and executing email campaigns, leveraging SFMC expertise to drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in SFMC training and implementation.
  • Strong understanding of CRM key performance indicators (KPIs) and principles.
  • Ability to thrive in complex project environments and drive transformational change.
