Key Responsibilities:

* Lead the training workstream in the global expansion and rollout of SFMC

* Collaborate with global CRM Manager to analyze reporting of email campaigns and provide insights to support optimization
* Support the wider technical and global CRM team in the planning and execution of email campaigns
* Liaise and collaborate with key contributors and stakeholders to ensure consistent communication of change activity

Requirements:

* Fluent English
* Expertise in HTML, SQL, AMPscript, and JavaScript
* Experience and expertise in SFMC training
* Strong understanding of CRM KPIs and principles
* Analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication skills
* Comfortable working with globally positioned teams
