Global CRM Transformation Project

We are seeking a CRM Training Manager to lead the training workstream in our global expansion and rollout of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) to Oriflame's international markets. As the internal SFMC knowledge champion, you will support our global and local CRM team in getting closer to the consumer, providing knowledge sharing and developing key trainings that enhance the skill sets of our teams.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead the training workstream in the global expansion and rollout of SFMC
* Be the internal SFMC knowledge champion, supporting the global and local CRM team
* Develop key trainings that enhance the skill sets of our teams
* Work with the global CRM Manager to analyze the reporting of email campaigns and use insights to support and influence the development of future optimization
* Support the wider technical and global CRM team in the planning and execution of email campaigns

Requirements:

* Fluent English
* Expertise in HTML, SQL, AMPscript, and JavaScript
* Experience and expertise in SFMC training
* Strong understanding of CRM KPIs and principles
* Confident in complex project and transformational environments
