We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cleaning Team Leader to join our team at ISS UK. As a Cleaning Team Leader, you will play a key part in delivering a world-class housekeeping service, maintaining the highest quality and consistency for our customers and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
- Build strong working relationships with our cleaning staff to ensure they understand their roles and responsibilities
- Ensure all necessary processes and procedures are in place and adhered to
- Deliver exceptional cleaning services to include offices, meeting rooms, toilets, showers, and other areas
- Provide guidance and support to cleaning staff to ensure they meet the required standards
- Ensure a safe working environment in line with Health and Safety regulations and standards
- Report any hazards or near misses to your manager
About You
We are looking for someone with excellent customer service skills, a professional attitude, and a strong work ethic. You should be able to communicate effectively with colleagues and customers, and have a good eye for detail.
