Job Title: Head of Community Services

Exeter City Council is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Community Services team. Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the management and development of the Community Services team, ensuring excellent customer service and high-quality outcomes.

  • Champion and promote a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and excellence within the Community Services team.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in leading and managing teams, with a track record of delivering high-quality services and improving customer experience.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve excellence.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and partners.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions, with a strong understanding of data-driven decision making.
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices, with a commitment to delivering high-quality services to customers.
