Job Description:

We are seeking an ambitious and proactive Health and Safety Consultant to join our team in Birmingham. Our client is a well-established property and construction consultancy offering a range of services, including building surveying, cost management, project management, and health and safety services.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in health and safety and CDM consultancy, with experience of working on commercial, education, mixed-use, retail, leisure, healthcare, and residential projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Offer a range of health and safety services to clients, including risk assessments, method statements, and site inspections.
  • Deliver various health and safety services to ensure compliance on construction projects.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their health and safety needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Contribute to the development of health and safety policies and procedures.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in health and safety legislation and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Strong background in health and safety and CDM consultancy.
