Administrative Support Coordinator
Fixed Term Contract: Full Time
Salary Range: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on skills and experience)
Leeds Student Medical Practice (LSMP) is a vibrant GP Surgery dedicated to serving students and their families in the area. We are excited to introduce the role of Administrative Support Coordinator to our large, supportive, and friendly team. We seek resilient individuals to join our practice, where no two days are alike.
Role Responsibilities
The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Leadership and Management Team. A primary focus will be on operational assistance, project support, human resources tasks, and the daily management of non-clinical administrative responsibilities. The postholder will be tasked with maintaining up-to-date records and prioritizing workstreams effectively.

Qualifications and Experience
Essential:
- Proven experience in a Support Coordinator, Executive/Personal Assistant, or similar role.
- Working knowledge of IT applications for reporting and record-keeping, particularly Excel and MS Office.
- Strong communication skills and a good standard of literacy.
- Understanding of confidentiality and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Experience with data quality and performance indicators.
Desirable:
- Familiarity with EMIS or other Clinical Software.
Educational Background
Essential:
- A level education or equivalent experience in business administration.
- Relevant qualifications in word/text processing or equivalent knowledge.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
