We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Lettings Manager to join our successful team at Cubitt & West. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and expertise to our clients, while also driving business growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personalized lettings services to our clients, including property valuations, market appraisals, and rental agreements.
- Develop and implement effective business strategies to increase property listings, rentals, and revenue.
- Lead and motivate a team of lettings professionals to achieve sales and rental targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and industry partners to drive business growth and referrals.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and best practices.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service and efficient operations.
Requirements
- Proven track record of success in lettings or property sales, with a strong understanding of the local market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze data, identify opportunities, and develop effective strategies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Full driving license and willingness to travel to meet clients and attend industry events.
