Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of Care and Support staff, leading shifts and delegating duties as required.
  • Provide full competent supervision and guidance to staff in all aspects of their work.
  • Facilitate participation in training and development, ensuring staff understand the relevance of training to their roles and duties.
  • Assist in the development and execution of person-centred plans for clients, maximising their personal strengths and skills to achieve positive outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with all Care Standards, Health and Safety Legislation, guidance, and procedures.
  • Produce and contribute to the maintenance of accurate and concise records and reports as appropriate.
  • Collect data for monitoring, reviewing, and improving the standard of service delivered by Pin Point Health & Social Care.
  • Contribute to the continuing development of the Unit and undertake professional development as appropriate.
  • Ensure good communication within the Unit, wider company, care networks, and community.
Requirements:
  • Experience of working with vulnerable adult groups with acquired brain injury or a history of substance misuse.
  • A caring individual who is compassionate about providing care and support to vulnerable people.
  • Supervisory experience in a residential or community setting.
  • Experience of maintaining computerised and paper-based records.
