As a key member of our store team, you'll be responsible for creating a welcoming and engaging store environment that showcases our brands and products. You'll work closely with our sales floor team to ensure that customers receive outstanding service and support, and that our stores are always stocked with the latest products and promotions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and motivate the sales floor team to deliver exceptional customer service and sales results
  2. Develop and implement visual merchandising plans to drive sales and customer engagement
  3. Manage store operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and store maintenance
  4. Collaborate with the store management team to achieve sales targets and business objectives
  5. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and brand information to provide expert advice to customers

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

  1. Proven leadership and management experience in a retail environment
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  4. Strong product knowledge and brand awareness
  5. Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
