Legal Assistant Opportunity in Edinburgh

G2 Legal Limited is seeking an experienced Legal Assistant to join its Real Estate team in Edinburgh. The successful candidate will provide exceptional support to a team of partners and fee earners, ensuring the smooth delivery of high-quality services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diary management, travel planning, and meeting coordination
  • Preparation of meeting materials, including packs and catering
  • Efficient file management, including closing matters, tracking bills, and archiving completed files
  • Collaboration with Finance to assist fee earners with billing, reports, and balance management
  • Support for Business Development in arranging events
  • Conflict checks and adherence to risk and compliance protocols

Requirements:

  • Three years' experience in a comparable environment and at an appropriate level
  • Existing experience as a personal assistant to a team, not just one partner/fee earner
