Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage anti-social behavior cases effectively
  • Collaborate with Property Services and Lettings teams to allocate void properties efficiently
  • Manage tenant expectations regarding repairs and escalate property maintenance issues via appropriate channels
  • Handle complaints about service delivery
  • Work with colleagues in other service areas to ensure compliance with regulations (fire safety, water hygiene, gas safety, and data protection)
  • Provide general advice on tenancy matters to promote sustainability
  • Work with external agencies to resolve issues affecting tenant welfare, including domestic abuse, anti-social behavior, and safeguarding
  • Complete tenancy management processes, including tenancy conversions, permissions, mutual exchanges, successions, and service charges
  • Enforce tenancy breaches
Requirements:
  • Recent experience in a similar role and a passion for supporting tenancy sustainment and working with vulnerable individuals
  • Proven experience delivering high-quality tenancy and customer service
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in addressing anti-social behavior
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Working knowledge of relevant regulations and good practice
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • A valid driving license is essential for travel requirements
