We are currently seeking a Housing Support Specialist to join our Transition & Resettlement Team.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will work in partnership with Brighton & Hove City Council's Homeless services and other key agencies across the city, providing support and guidance to those at risk of homelessness.
Key Responsibilities:
- To provide holistic support to clients, focusing on housing stability, employment, and well-being.
- To develop and maintain effective relationships with partner agencies and stakeholders.
- To contribute to the development of innovative solutions to address homelessness in Brighton & Hove.
What We Offer:
A competitive salary of £24,000-£28,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
A supportive and collaborative team environment.
Requirements:
- Degree in Social Work, Housing, or a related field.
- Experience working with vulnerable populations, preferably in a housing-related context.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
