We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Officer to join our team at Qube Recruitment. As a key member of our Shared Services department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial transactions.
Responsibilities:
- Process suppliers' invoices to our AP system in a timely and accurate manner.
- Ensure payments are prepared and processed in a professional and efficient way.
- Perform monthly reconciliation of supplier statements to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Assist with the preparation of weekly payment runs and provide support to the team as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Proactive approach to resolving queries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
