About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our Food and Beverage team as a Food and Beverage Ambassador. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have an unforgettable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a warm welcome to our guests and ensure that they feel valued and cared for throughout their dining experience.
  • Take orders and deliver food and drink with a smile, ensuring that every detail is attended to.
  • Set up and clear down the restaurant, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our guests.
  • Recommend dishes and drinks to our guests, using your knowledge and expertise to enhance their dining experience.
  • Build relationships with our guests and provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that they return to our hotel again and again.
