ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Cocktail Waiter, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests receive a warm and inviting experience. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering friendly and professional service while presenting a diverse selection of beverages.
  • Preparing the service area before and after guest interactions.
  • Engaging with guests to enhance their experience and assisting with back-of-house operations.

The ultimate aim is to create memorable visits for our guests, encouraging them to return.


CANDIDATE PROFILE

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Experience in a similar high-end hospitality environment.
  • Background in Food & Beverage service.
  • Strong knowledge of wines and spirits.
  • Understanding of health and safety regulations.
  • Familiarity with COSHH guidelines.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts.
  • Proficient English communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service abilities.
  • Empathy towards guests and colleagues.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure.
  • Attention to detail and pride in presentation.
