Marketing Executive Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Executive to join our team at Recruitment Services Ltd. As a Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in supporting the implementation of marketing strategies and optimising processes to meet the company's objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the execution of the agreed marketing plan, working closely with the Business Support Director and Marketing Director.
  • Assist in the retention and development of new and existing customers through individualised account support, working closely with the Sales Team.
  • Manage the CRM (Hubspot) database, including efficient data segmentation and analysis.
  • Create engaging content and promotional materials, including email campaigns, content writing, advertising, PR, and design.
  • Promote the Company's brand both online and offline, developing and maintaining our social media presence, Company website, and SEO.
  • Provide regular reports on marketing performance and research market trends to assist with the development of marketing plans.
  • Conduct competitor and customer analysis to drive demand for the Company's services.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in marketing, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Familiarity with Hubspot or other similar CRM systems.
  • Understanding of SEO principles, both onsite and offsite.
  • Creative writing skills and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and focused, with a flexible attitude.
