Resident Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Visiting Scheme Manager to join our team at Clarion Housing Group Limited. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our residents, ensuring their well-being and independence.
About the Role:- Provide high-quality support to residents, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage and maintain the general upkeep of the building, including organizing repairs and maintenance of communal areas.
- Oversee contractors who are on annual contracts and carry out communal cleaning, gardening, and window cleaning.
- Develop and nurture good working relationships with residents, contractors, and clients.
- Be the first point of contact for resident complaints, leasehold enquires, or property alterations, providing advice and empathy.
Grovelands is a lovely development consisting of 23 properties located in a wooded area. The scheme features a scheme manager's office, residents' lounge, laundry room, and communal gardens.
Requirements:- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good understanding of building maintenance and property management.
- Basic IT skills, including proficiency in Outlook and Word.
- Ability to travel across the region as required.
