We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Team Administrator to join our team at University Hospitals of Derby and Burton NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our administrative team, you will provide exceptional support to our Pharmacy Team, ensuring the smooth operation of our department.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the primary point of contact for the Pharmacy Team, handling queries and escalating issues as necessary.
- Assist the Chief Pharmacist and Management Team in the day-to-day running of the department, providing administrative support and ensuring efficient communication with other departments and external agencies.
- Manage the Health Roster system, accurately inputting adjustments and ensuring the roster is up-to-date and accurate.
- Provide administrative and secretarial support, including meeting organization, minute-taking, and distribution of minutes.
- Use judgment and planning to prioritize work schedules, liaising with relevant parties and negotiating deadlines.
- 5 GCSEs at Grade C or above (or equivalent)
- Previous experience in an office environment, including minute-taking and transcription
- Ability to use a variety of office equipment and software, including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work flexibly in the interests of the service
