Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with statutory and company procedures, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of health and safety and environmental regulations.
- Comply with all safety-related policies and procedures.
- Complete point-of-work risk assessments.
- Ensure full training has been received for each aspect of the job.
- Work with line supervisors to plan and deliver tasks to client specification and agreed service requirements.
- Complete relevant paperwork.
- Provide out-of-hours cover where required.
Candidate Specification:
- Excellent communication skills, providing a professional and high-quality service to clients.
- Understanding of fundamental HR practices and procedures.
- Ability to use Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- ONC or equivalent in business/administration (desirable).
- NVQ II in Business Administration (desirable).
